Escape to a pristine private island reserved exclusively for our group off the Pacific coast of Panama for a 4 night all-inclusive respite from the hustle and stress of everyday life. Immerse yourself in a carefully curated experience designed to inspire awareness, self- compassion, and reconnection to self and others with enough downtime to recharge. Wellness continues with nourishing meals- a modern take on Panamanian and International fusion cuisine using the freshest local and seasonal ingredients .

EMBODY

Take time to invest in yourself with workshops and yoga led by two licensed psychotherapists with a combined 40+ years of experience- learn about how mindfulness can help with nervous system regulation, the power of how practicing self-compassion can help transform your relationship with yourself and others. All activities are designed to guide you in reconnecting to yourself, gain clarity about how to best care for yourself and live more authentically. Ample time for rest and relaxation are built in to the retreat. Enjoy fun excursions including a monkey hike and mangrove kayak tour. Enjoy time soaking up the sun by the infinity pool or private beach.

RECONNECT

Find a sanctuary for deep connection- integrating thoughts, emotions, and beliefs toward greater serenity. In addition to workshops, yoga, and other planned activities, you may choose to add healing massage services during your retreat. Indulge in the beauty of nature and the luxury of time as you embark on this transformative journey.

Included in the Retreat:

Transportation to and from David Airport to Resort
4 night all inclusive stay at Selva Terra Resort in Panama in Ocean Front Casita
Single or double occupancy room with AC/bathroom (Twin or King Size)
3 meals plus snacks per day (certain dietary preferences/allergies are accommodated)
Daily restorative yoga
