Therapy offers a supportive space to explore, heal and grow - at your own pace, in your own way. It can be helpful if you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply want to better understand yourself and your relationships. You don't have to be in crisis to benefit. Many people come to therapy to gain clarity, build on their strengths, and create meaningful change in their lives.

I take a warm, collaborative, and individualized approach to therapy. I believe in meeting you where you are, honoring your unique experiences, and helping you build practical tools for meaningful and lasting change.

ANIMAL-ASSISTED THERAPY
I incorporate a training therapy dog, Ruby, into the therapeutic process for clients who are interested. Animals can help create a sense of comfort, connection, and safety, and can make it easier to explore difficult emotions.
